Refund policy

 

1. Refunds
At this time, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. Please ensure that you are certain of your purchase before completing your order.

2. Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect Size: If you have ordered the wrong size, you may exchange the item provided that it is returned in its original condition. Please note that customers are responsible for both the return shipping costs and the cost of reshipping the correct item. 

     

  • Faulty Items: If you receive a faulty product, please contact us directly. We will work to resolve the issue and provide an exchange if stock is available.

Any shipping fees are under the customers' responsibility and are non-refundable.

3. Product Policy
Our Plush Case is made from soft PU leather.  Like all leather and pleather products, it will naturally develop signs of wear with regular use. Because your phone is one of the most frequently handled items you own, signs of wear such as peeling, flaking, creasing, corner wear, and surface softening are expected over time and will vary depending on individual usage, handling, friction, climate, and exposure to oils or other materials.
This is a decorative phonecase. It is not designed, marketed, or tested as drop-proof or shatter-proof protective case.


30-Day Policy
We offer a 30-day claims policy from the date your order is delivered.

If your product arrives faulty

  • If your case arrives with a manufacturing defect or fault, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Once approved, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.

If a manufacturing fault develops within 30 days

  • If your case develops a genuine manufacturing fault (such as the material or stitching failing under normal use) within 30 days of delivery, please contact us with photos for assessment.


What is not covered
The following are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered under our claims policy.

  • Peeling, flaking, creasing, or surface softening from regular use.
  • Corner wear caused by everyday handling.
  • Colour transfer to or from clothing, bags, car interiors, or other surfaces.
  • Damage caused by drops, impacts, improper use, liquids, or excessive force.

As every customer uses and handles their phone differently, the rate at which the material ages will naturally vary. Normal wear and tear is an expected characteristic of PU leather and is not considered a manufacturing defect.


4. Size Selection
